  • Return and Refund Process: Users need to submit a return or refund application through the contact email support@fb.cendynboost.com, providing the order number, product photos and problem description. This Website will review it within 2 working days. After approval, the return address (1720 LAKE JOSEPHINE DR, SEBRING, Florida, 33875) will be provided. After the user sends the product, the courier tracking number must be sent to the above email for verification.
  • Shipping Fee Bearer: Shipping fees for returns and refunds due to product quality issues shall be borne by this Website; shipping fees for returns and refunds due to personal reasons of users (such as dislike, wrong size selection) shall be borne by the user.
  • Refund Timeframe: After this Website receives the returned product and verifies its qualification, the refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.
